in Catia v5 for improved fit and finish based on customer's point data from
mock-up with new edge and mounting locations, prototyped via SLA to confirm
design: delivered both new design and prototypes in less than two weeks.

luggage tags via SLS for team of 22 girls at synchronized skating
competition for $10 each.

- Reverse Engineered: Carbon Bike
Fork, Vacuum Cleaner Bucket, and Van Door Handle Exterior Trim for
comparison to and confirmation of replacement parts designs and tooling.
- Provided overflow SLS production

a trade show since molds from Asia were either late or inaccurate.

- Produced production like AL cast parts in 5 weeks using: SLA
Masters, Epoxy Wax Dies, Investment Castings, finish machining and polishing
in 5 weeks. Here are pictures of raw AL casting, SLA Master (Epoxy Wax Die
missing) and final chair assembly. We also made the Other Arms, Legs, End
Cap (SLS) and Mounts for 7 units.

components - 7 Parts in all: 4 Machined, 3 Investment Cast and finished
machined including: multiple thread inserts, studs, chromate & MIL spec
paint finish ALL IN 6 WEEKS. Completed delivery of 30 Chassis Units and 45
Housing Units before the end of December! No wax dies required.

- Reverse Engineered Table Top vending machine and cut prototype
forming tool for new vending machine cover in two weeks

- Modified exhaust plenum for outboard engine from blow mold
design to injection mold design then created tooling to mold A & B sides and
jig to hot plate weld halves together. Delivered material correct, process
of choice parts in 23 DAYS.

show in three weeks, combining both CNC AL parts with AL filled Nylon SLS parts.

- Revised existing prototype tool for part 24" x 36" x 8" to add
EDM features across face of part for design review and sample various
production materials with EDM features; work completed in 3 weeks, parts
shot and delivered 1 week later.

sample by scanning wood model and creating wax master then investment
casting it and finish polishing.

- Reverse engineered via laser scanning a designer's model,
created IGES surface model, made mirrored copy, built concept models and
master patterns for sand casting AL models via Z Corp 810 machine, all in 1
week.

trials. Enabled customer to prototype new design, make multiple design
iterations and urethane material changes and still meet delivery deadline in

twelve first article samples delivered in 19 days: received CAD data 9/9/04

vacuum forming and cast urethane used for part creation.
- 2nd row HVAC duct for SUV done via vacuum forming in 3 days; 2
ducts delivered. Two more ducts delivered in one additional day.

- Modified 4 types of stamped brackets, 60 of each, with new
attachment locating holes for prototype door bracket program in 1 week via
