We Are Canada's 3D Printing Experts

Agile Manufacturing Inc. is the largest 3D Printing Service Bureau in Canada with 18 printers ranging from Stereolithography (SLA), to Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), Multi-jet Modeling (MJM) and Filament Deposition and we also have 3 Scanners for Reverse Engineering and Inspection. Agile is located in the Greater Toronto Area and serves customers across Canada and the USA, with select customers in Brasil, Mexico, Japan, Korea and Africa.  We sell Consumer and Prosumer 3d Printers starting at $1,199 CAD thru to Production Additive Manufacturing machines including the ProX Direct Metal Printers DMP). Agile Manufacturing’s team of 3D Printing (3DP) and Additive Manufacturing (AM) experts is led by Richard Smeenk a Rapid Prototyping veteran since 1996. Recent successes include helping a 3d printing service bureau add a new process and machine at half price with a used machine. Agile worked with a multi-national company to upgrade their "starter" systems from a competitor to Projet 7000 (SLA) and 3510 (MJM) production systems for greater capacity and capability. GE was going to buy three machines from a competitor until we proved that they could get the same productivity from one SLS machine and spend a third less! We offer the widest range of 3d printing services and secondary operations, for example we do short run AL castings for BRP, we metal plated SLS parts for Honda saving them fifteen thousand dollars and twelve weeks by eliminating metal stamping dies, we supply cast urethane parts to a multitude of companies for low volume manufacturing.... We sold the Odette Cancer Centre at Sunnybrook hospital a laser scanner for scanning body parts to develop patient specific fixtures or cancer targeting devices. Bring us your challenges and we’ll show you how 3DP will work.

Lowering Cost and Reducing Production Time
"If we used a traditional method for a wax injection tool, it could take up to 5 weeks and cost well in excess of $20,000. However, if we rapid prototype an axial turbine blisk, for example, with our 3D Systems printer, the wax investment piece builds unattended overnight and is ready for foundry in the morning for well under $2,000."
